I began my career as a professional dancer, model, and actress in a fast-paced, high-performance world starting at sixteen, landing me in NYC—until the demands on my body and mind led me to discover the power of nervous system regulation and energy mastery.
Today, as an Energy Expert Coach, I help individuals and groups move from burnout and overwhelm into sustainable energy, resilience, and clarity.
