Bio
I write as a historian, reader, traveler, and grandmother of (at least) twelve. When I retired in 2008 from a career in medical technology and information systems, I started writing my blog History’s Edge to chronicle my journey through six years of graduate school toward my doctorate in history. Now advancing into my eighties, I continue to record my perspectives on travel, aging, and life’s strange turnings, standing as we all do on History’s Edge.
