Geek Wing Chun is your source for home-based training ideas so you can keep improving your Wing Chun skills when you can't make it to class often...and yes, that includes getting better at Chi Sao!
I began my Wing Chun journey in January 1995. There were many times when I was unable to make it to class. Over the years I ran into other people who were in the same situation that I was. Eventually I noticed we all had several complaints in common. People said things like:
"I want to train, but there are no schools near me."
OR...
"I can make it to class only once a week."
OR...
"On the nights I DO make it, all the students there are newer than me, so my skills aren't truly being tested or advanced to the next level."
I have faced these problems as well, but I managed to overcome them. Then I asked myself, "Why not share my solutions with the world? Maybe something I do will work for others, or maybe it will inspire them to come up with something of their own!"
Well, that is why I created Geek Wing Chun. I hope you find something useful here!
