Bio
I am an accountancy major - hence the tongue-in-cheek reference to Gordon Gekko. I also do love to cook with ghee! The chemistry of cooking, the science of nutrition, and the concept of self-reliant food economies are all very near and dear to my heart. I'm on Tumblr as "veg--n," reblogging great recipes, but am here because I want to chronicle my cooking and indulge other gastronomic interests more fully.
