Bio
My name is Denise Small but everyones calls me Neicy. Im a hair nail makeup and Male Grooming artist from Philadelphia. I moved to California not knowing what the beautiful place had to offer. Inthought that a salon was the only place to be but i was wrong.I started working on videos , movies and commercials, however i still was limiting myself.The more I push myself the more opportunity presented itself. Im very blessed and fortunate to have this privilege to work with so many different people. Dream Big, dont let anyone stand in front of it!
