I hold a master's degree in Applied Psychology (Organizational Training and Development); emphasizing training design/implementation, recruitment and selection, and program management.
- Over 6 years of training experience of diverse industrial backgrounds.
- 2 years recruitment and selection experience
- Solid foundation in Human Resource Management principles.
My passion for Human Resources is vast becoming an obsession. Unfortunately I currently work in a different field since there are few opportunities to enter HR where I currently reside (South Korea).
Essentially, I have created this blog in an attempt to quench my thirst for the profession.
