Bio
I was the CEO of the training institution "ECSD" Egyptian Center for Skills Development, with 41 years experience in the field of training and personnel development. Now, I'm retired trainer and HR consultant. Originally I was graduated B. Sc. as Production Engineer from Alexandria University in 1964.
M. Sc. degree in Quality Control on Foundry floor from the same university in 1969.
M. Sc. degree in the production of ductile iron in 1971.
I worked in the field of training and human resources development since 1977. From that time I trained thousands of young men and women in Egypt and Gulf Area.
In general I conduct each year about 45 training sessions covering 25 course titles with about 200 participants. I am a member in the ATD and shared in several international conferences.
