Bio
LaSybill Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of WIN Ministries. LaSybill Mitchell answered the call of God in 2003 after much prayer and fasting. She immediately began working in the house of God by cleaning the church every Saturday. LaSybill organized the first vacation bible school at small church in Indianapolis, Indiana which resulted in astounding attendance of both parents and children!
Motivated to enlighten, enrich, and empower others lead to the birthing of Inspire Me Ministries in 2008. LaSybill Mitchell began teaching at local retirement homes and homeless shelters in Des Moines, Iowa. She did outreach within the Des Moines, Iowa community including preparing meals in her home, serving the needy, and offering times of worship and prayer at the local YWCA and various facilities around the city.
God has called LaSybill Mitchell to be a prayer warrior for the nations. In November 2010, Women Interceding Nationally an Intercessory prayer ministry was birthed. Leading and connecting women all over the world in 5:00AM prayer as well as sharing the gospel. LaSybill Mitchell is a firm believer in the power of prayer, thus the ministry theme “We Shall W.I.N.
In June 2011, LaSybill Mitchell was licensed and ordained through the Greater Tri State Council under Diocesan Bishop Lance R. Foster of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Evangelist LaSybill Mitchell has since lead many people to Christ and baptized nearly 70 souls in the name of Jesus.
Continuing in prayer before God on behalf of families, communities, states, and the nation along with helping people within the local community Evangelist Mitchell believed that the call of God was much deeper.
In 2014, she launched Winners Circle Christian Church and began to Pastor a growing congregation.
Winners Circle Christian Church is a multicultural church birthing a nation through transformation, restoration, and inspiration. We serve our local community in such capacities as Outreach ministry, Evangelism, Intercessory prayer, youth ministry…and more. We have hosted Prayer Meetings, Harvest Festival, Vacation Bible School, Financial Empowerment Classes, ZUMBA classes…and much more!
Our mission is to transform lives and win souls for the Kingdom of God. Pastor Mitchell gives glory and honor to God and has built the ministry on the foundational passage from Matthew 6:33, Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.
