Meet Jeff – Your Local “Yard Guy”
I grew up in a farm family. Outdoors was normal life:
Working on the farm
Learning about soil, water, and how plants really work
Knowing that if something broke, you fixed it
By the time I was a teenager, I was already running paper routes, hustling, and learning what it means to show up and do the job every single day.
I later studied horticulture and plant/soil science, and I’ve owned and operated multiple outdoor service businesses over the years:
Lawn care and landscape companies
Pest-related services
And now, Mosquito Enemy
I would have been a 10th-generation dairy farmer if I’d stayed on that path, but instead I took that same work ethic and put it into protecting yards and homes.

How Mosquito Enemy Started
Like a lot of good ideas, Mosquito Enemy started with a simple problem:
“Why can’t I sit outside without getting chewed up or worried about ticks?”
I saw:
Families going inside at dusk because of mosquitoes
Kids getting tick bites after playing in the yard
Homeowners frustrated with big-box pest companies that didn’t really know their property
I knew I could do better.
So I started Mosquito Enemy with a clear focus:

Using eco-friendly and organic options
Based on real knowledge of New England yards, not just a national script
From there, we added:
Mosquito Egg & Larvae Control (hit them in the water stage)
Home Shield Pest Protection (keep ants, spiders, and crawlers out of the house)

Stinging Insect Control (MA only)
Gutter Cleaning with SkyVac (no ladders, no mess)
