Co-founder of the mental health non-profit organisation Safely Held Spaces
Lead Psychotherapist to renowned author and lucid dreaming teacher Charlie Morley, working with complex trauma and post-traumatic stress in conjunction with the Institute of Noetic Sciences in San Francisco.
Undertaking Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga) teacher training with the Nyingma Institute in Berkley. I'm also a Senior Producer with Sky News, a lay preacher with the United Reformed Church and a keen marathon runner.
