Bio
I grew up in New Orleans, where I started going to the gym at a very early age. I had this idea that one day i could become a Navy Seal before Seals where known by many people I wanted to be one. Unfortunately things did not quite work out the way I wanted to and I didn't achieve that goal, I got close but not close enough. Instead of that I became a Search and Rescue Swimmer for the US Navy. I learned discipline, courage, honor and team work. I gave the Navy 10 years, and would do it all again and 10 more. I am a patriot and love my country and everything it has given me. After the Navy I got into many things but none offered me the kind of reward I got from seeing people achieve their goals through physical fitness. the idea that feeling good about your body is uplifting and inspiring had em hooked long ago. Today I work with a group that goes by the acronym SAMMA which stands for Seattle Asian Medicine and Martial Arts. At SAMMA we offer a broad base of services from Personal training to several styles of martial arts to meditation and Nautropathic medicine. My main goal as a training coach is to get my clients results but not the results they come to me with, I try to get them to see the deeper meaning behind their goals to tap into a part of their hearts, brains or both. I feel it is this deeper feeling that allows one to achieve more than they every thought they could.
