I am happy to provide my students with modifications, (more, or less active), for every pose to meet the needs or their abilities.
I love to teach the importance of the breath and to detail each asana to feel it’s full benefits.
It’s about how you feel doing the pose and finding your comfortable place. “Do no Harm” will be our motto for every class. Remember, YOUR best is good enough.
I am more than happy to invite Reiki, always for your highest good, during my Yoga Classes, if desired.
I invite you to relax and reset your peaceful life journey with me.

What is Reiki?
Reiki works on the physical, mental, emotional levels and enhances everything in life.
One of the greatest Reiki health benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the body's natural healing abilities (immune system), aids in better sleep and improves and maintains health.
Imagine your body likened to a stream.
If that stream is blocked by debris, it cannot flow properly. Likewise if your body energy centers are blocked with emotional debris, your life force cannot flow freely.
Reiki helps to clear your energy channels, thereby allowing your ki/chi (life force) to flow freely giving your body the ability to heal.
