Bio
My name is Carmel. I have a bachelor’s degree in ARTS, I work efficiently both as an individual contributor as well as along with a team strong presentation skills and the ability to ensure all employees go through a good training program before being left on their own. I understand how important it is for employees to know how to do their jobs correctly and I have the skills to help create programs that are effective and that meet the needs of the company. My abilities also include staying current on all the latest technologies associated with the training industry so new training methods can be implemented and to obtain the materials needed for these programs while adhering to the allotted budget.
Monitoring and assessing the skills and knowledge of current workers will allow me to create the best programs to help new trainees learn the skills they need to be a great asset to the company. I have the ability to work as part of a team and to implement visual aids where possible to enhance learning. I also have the ability to give presentations and answer questions to help ensure employees understand the training they receive.
I have strong multi-tasking abilities needed to manage multiple training projects and orientations for newly hired personnel. I have the experience and skills to monitor the training programs, evaluate how effective they are and to make changes where and when needed to improve productivity and to help build good, loyal employees that will help your company reach your long term goals.
Being a training specialist I’m both passionate and committed to training, I have chosen to explore more challenging avenues in training and seek my growth and development as a training manager in the area of actual training delivery. I’m excited by new audiences and fresh challenges in different industries. I have extensive experience both as a trainer and as a manager handling the training function adds depth to my training delivery. My experience is relevant and I relate very well to the challenges that front line managers and middle managers face at the workplace.
