Bio
Hello! I’m a seasoned professional with a diverse background in first response and tech. My journey began in the world of emergency services, where I served asIn EMS, Fire, and Police while also being a Communications Specialist, Air Medical Professional, and Private Security Officer. This experience instilled in me a deep sense of duty, quick problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
I transitioned to the tech industry and currently work at Automattic as a Happiness Engineer in the Jetpack Division. My role involves wearing many hats - from sales and growth, development, acquisition, and retention and user experience. I’m also the division mentor and onboarder, guiding new team members as they navigate their roles. I find immense joy in helping others succeed and grow.
Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in positivity and the power of helping others. I’m a proud dog parent and love spending time with my furry friends. Traveling is another passion of mine - exploring new places and cultures is always an exciting adventure. In my downtime, you’ll often find me immersed in the world of gaming or honing my skills in graphic design and site development.
