Bio
After losing both my eldest sister and father to cancer, I've decided that I need to find joy again in all the little things life has to offer. If I had an endless supply of money and time, I'd spend most of my days writing, travelling, preparing and eating meals with good family and friends. But sadly I don't; so I'm on an adventure to find the good (things to be grateful for) in my every day. I'm also a Registered Dietitian. So you may find I have an affection for food, nutrition and health.
