Product transformation leader with 30+ years at SAP—guiding product organizations through scale, strategy, and meaningful impact.
Currently, I serve as Vice President, Product Operating Model Transformation at SAP Concur, where I lead the shift toward harmonized, outcome-driven product development. My focus is enabling teams and leaders to work in empowered, discovery-led ways—aligned by a shared vision and supported by real data.
Over the years, I’ve built and led global product teams, launched net-new organizations, and helped transform how SAP delivers value—from logistics and mobile innovation to platform extensibility and developer ecosystems. I’ve coached emerging leaders, partnered directly with customers, and created programs that connect people, technology, and purpose.
At the core, I believe that great software starts by staying close to the problem and the people it serves. I’m passionate about bringing clarity, trust, and community into every product journey—and empowering others to build the same.
Beyond my core role, I actively champion women in tech and data science. I’ve hosted Women in Data Science (WiDS) events and spoken on the power of AI, analytics, and inclusive innovation.
