Bio
I'm 36, from Malta, and I have the honour of having Bipolar 1, BPD and PTSD and depression and anxiety. Personally i think the latter two fit in with Bipolar, but I'm no shrink.
I'm an ex-nurse and was diagnosed bipolar6 years ago now, BPD more recent, though I can now tell I've had it for at least 10 years now I know the signs.
I'm here to help people deal with their issues and not take it so seriously. Nothing to be afraid or ashamed of. 😊
