Bio
Karenina is a woman, mother to two gifted boys, one with autism and another with ADHD, and wife to a wonderfully distracted man with ADD. Her stubborn refusal to accept the status quo of therapies and drugs as the only option for her autistic son lead her to discover the power of environment and lifestyle in our brains and therefore our lives. After successfully treating most of her son's autistic symptoms with lifestyle interventions, she became passionate about sharing her experience in hopes that more children would benefit and gain better quality of life. Now, a soon-to-be Brain Health Coach, Karenina has turned her passion into a mission.
