Bio
I am a yoga teacher, single mom, spiritual activist, networker, empowerer and very good friend all wrapped up with a courageous cowgirl-like spirit. I love people and life and laughing and always try to see the good, or at least the lesson in any given situation. I am passionate about health and wellness, a vegetarian/vegan diet and an overall non-harming lifestyle. My mission is to heal myself and others, to inspire and live big dreams, to guide toward and live by right action and to leave the world a better place for my having been in it.
