Hello,
I'm Sarah Killingbeck-West, formally known as Sarah West. Recently married in November 2018. Yes, that’s right, I'm a sickening newlywed but that's not all.
I’m an animal lover (vegetarian all day baby! And some vegan days) I practice yoga, meditation and am a HUGE fan of diaphragmatic breathing. Painting is a passion of mine too and like blogging I’m a complete amateur but it’s fun a good for the creative soul. Basically, I’m riding the healthy train with some tasty stops along the way. (Haha! That’s so lame but I’m keeping it!)
My intentions for this blog are simply for it to be jolly, lighthearted and to keep me busy whilst Andrew works (it’s his job that’s keeping the travelling dream alive). So, stop me if I start quoting some bs and referring to myself as “The Guru”.
