I pride myself on competently representing clients while showing care, diligence, and respect for their needs. I am a skilled negotiator, perfected through knowledge and persistence to acquire distressed properties. I can multi-task while managing our real estate firm. I use my exceptional interpersonal skills to balance relationships between clients, Realtors®, and other service providers. I specialize in working with Newlyweds. My life was changed by marrying Marlow Kerr, a true Man of God, very present father to our three adult children, Caymon, Nina, and Calise. We have been married for 29 years while riding the roller-coaster of love and respect. He is also my business partner. I am a proud Pirate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from East Carolina University. I immediately jumped into my field as a Biological Quality Assurance Technician for Abbott Laboratories. My work experience extended through the following phases:
