Bio
Kimberley McAdams has a passion for excellence that shines through. Starting her leadership career at a young age, she developed her skillset through leading and opening restaurants with Cactus Club Café, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, Starwood Properties and Lululemon. After founding her own consulting business, she joined forces with Miick Companies in 2013 based in Colorado. Since then she’s travelled all over North America developing purpose driven leaders and organizations ranging in size from 1-500 people.
Her two decades of experience in the service industry is combined with academic education in Hotel and Resort Management, Executive Coaching a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University, and Co-Active Leadership from CTI in California.
