Bio
I live in rural Oklahoma against my better judgement. Hunk and I moved here in 2014 and built a small house. We moved away from a large suburban/metropolitan area with access to any and everything including friends, shopping and restaurants. I left behind my career as a busy convention center manager. Now the nearest tiny town is 5 miles away. The nearest small town is 30 miles away, and the nearest city 100 miles!! We live on land my husband's ancestors acquired in the 19th century! We are both retired although we farm a little, ranch a little and wander a little. We have an assortment of animals and various daily adventures and ramblings that are always interesting and enlightening. I hope you enjoy my stories and you learn a little about rural life. You can also learn how I live successfully in the country, in a small house with a retired husband!
