Bio
Lauri and Judith met at a Wolftree Board Meeting. Brenda, the wedding officiate, had been working for Wolftree, and told Judith that she just had to meet Lauri. It was love at first sight for Judith. Lauri was oblivious to this, and was thinking "oh goodie, maybe a new board member"!
Gradually, they built a bond, particularly over our favorite medium--email. Lauri found herself falling in love too (her first and only woman) and realized that she had found her soulmate.
After remodeling Judith's Hillsboro home, Lauri and Buteo moved in with Judith and the Boys (Benjamin and Joseph, 14 year old twins at the time)in 2000. They have been building their life together ever since.
They have traveled to some really incredible places together--Egypt, New Zealand, Galapogos. They built a house in South Africa, after falling in love with the land and the people there. All of this traveling has deepened their love and joy in the world.
And now it has come, the time to make their bond official in the eyes and hearts of friends and family.
