Bio

I enjoy being around a variety of people and spreading the word about staying healthy. I believe we all should Live Life and Live Healthy. I am a mother of a one year old little girl and a new wife. I believe in the value of family and friends. As you can see i am very wonderful to be around and look forward to being of help to all.
