I never thought I would be in a position having to defend the honor of Louie. I took care of him as if he was my child. Never ran loose, Never was outside with out me being there. The worst part no one was held accountable.

Well I am just like most of everyone I know. I have had all kinds of animals through out my life. dogs,cats, Parrots, fish. I worked in three veterinary hospitals. I assisted in surgery, gave injections to animals, cleaned wounds and first aid, sterilized surgical equipment, set up specific surgical pack. set up heartworm occult tests, did fecal tests, bathed the animals and Cleaned cages and took pet outside to use the bathroom if they were able. We had every kind of dog or cat imaginable. The sweethearts and the vicious. You learned real quick the restraint techniques for handling and holding pets so you wouldn't get bit. My worst bite ever got was last year. I rescued a cat that got out of our neighbors apartment. When the cat saw the owner It went ballistic. My hands were tore up very badly. I ended up going to the ER. I had to return for three days for IV antibiotics. After the IV's I had two fingers that abscessed so then went to my primary care then referred to a plastic surgeon. He had to lance both wounds and put me on two very strong antibiotics. During this time of recovery I ended up getting the series of rabie shots then the worst was yet to come.
I went back to the ER around 7 days later and had gamma globulin shot injected into the base of each finger and at the base of any bites on my wrist. I asked the nurse if it was going to hurt. She said "I am not going to lie YES". Oh My God! And she was not kidding. After the procedure she told me I handled those injections the best she has ever seen.
I use to own 5 large parrots Bonzo a female blue front amazon, Nikko a yellow nape amazon, Charlie a timneh african gray, JR. a lesser white front amazon, and Jonah a senagle parrot that I rescued from an owner who could no longer keep her.
I had my share of bite with them and to this day I bare the scars of their bites. I spent most my summers as a kid on Uncle Bill's farm his nick name was "Outback Jack" he looked like and acted like Crocadile Dundie. I have raised baby geese and ducklings for my pond I had at one of my houses. I have the opportunity to do some pretty cool things in my life of interesting things I have done. I am on the artsy side trying to get back into my drawing and painting. I just can't do it yet. I am a VERY compassionate person. I believe in God but not "religion" I am very spiritual and know god is the all and also the nothing. Now I am in a place of unfamiliar territory fighting for Louie's honor and justice. That is why I will appreciate anyone's advice or "talents" I will succeed. I did have a small success,. The Landlord finally states in their advertisement restricted breeds apply. Right now I am waiting for a breeder to have a puppy like Louie. With patience and time I am sure everything will work out the way should.
