Bio
In my various roles as an entrepreneur, executive director, program administrator, service provider and teacher, my passion has been to serve as a catalyst and enabler for individuals and organizations committed to the pursuit of excellence.
Primarily, I assist entrepreneurs and business owner/operators facing difficult, often ethical decisions affecting business development and personal growth. I define “ethical” as any situation or issue where personal values appear to conflict with business or organization values. I employ a variety of processes, including but not limited to facilitating, mentoring, coaching and consulting. I love to explore the potential for developing a moral and ethical process to optimize both individual and organizational effectiveness.
My goal is to provide leaders possible frameworks for resolving these issues in a manner that is consistent with the organization’s stated vision and objectives.
I work with my clients online or as follow-up from my blog posts or referrals.
