Bio
I specialise in therapies which bring transformation and empowerment in the easiest and gentlest ways. The approaches I use are hypnotherapy, Body Code & Emotion Code, EFT, Metamorphic Technique, and energy healing. I also teach workshops in Metamorphic Technique and EFT and run Astrology & Healing workshops with my partner, Michael Conneely.
I work at the Happiness Centre in Ilkley and at Crystal Space in Silsden, West Yorkshire where I run workshops. Many of my sessions can also be done over the phone or to anywhere in the world via Skype.
I love walking in the Yorkshire countryside and by the sea, theatre and film, dancing and drumming.
