Bio
Let me start with a simple introduction. My name is Sara and I am an aspiring writer/poet. I have been writing for over 12 years (since my early teens) but this is my first public blog. So far it is going better than I could have ever hoped.
Most of the poems published early on will be ones I have written over the past decade. Yes, I did go through a huge "emo" phase but what poet hasn't?
My Second Blog A New Dawn is my raw life experience with PTSD and eventually will become my main blog. While poetry is therapeutic, perhaps experience can help another.
I write for myself. For therapy or amusement, whichever I need that day. If I could be successful and make a career out of it...well who would say no to living their life for their passion?
I could go on and on but feel you will eventually get bored. So let me just say welcome and I hope you enjoy my blog!
