Bio
Welcome! I am a PhD student in Legal studies, curriculum in Business & Social Law, at Bocconi University, Italy. My research interests include antitrust/competition and economic law, M&A, data protection and big data. I have authored and co-authored a number of publications on competition law and economics.
My academic credentials also include a Master in Competition Law (LLM) from King’s College in London, an international exchange student program from Columbia Law School in New York, a post-graduate specialization master from University of Roma-Tre and a J.D. in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome. In addition to attending the PhD programme, I work as a Managing Associate of the competition law department of the international law firm Orrick Herrington & Suitcliffe LLP. Previously, I worked as an Associate in the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. As an antitrust lawyer, I assists clients in connection with European and Italian competition law issues in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian Competition Authority, as well as in ensuing litigation before the European Courts and the Italian administrative and civil courts.
My research mainly focuses on financial markets, institutional investors’ strategies and impact on competition and market dynamics.
