Bio
I am retired and love to cook. I like to make comforting, easy dishes that leaves me free to enjoy books and gardening. Hopefully this site will assist you in becoming organized and make your life easier when planning your meals. As you get older, you find that the amount of food you want is less than when you were young and spry. Most recipes are sufficient for two people. You can double any recipe. I like some of the recipes to be large enough for leftovers.
