Bio
I see myself as having many hats - parent, life coach, seeker, friend. I am passionate about personal development. At this stage of my life, having spent 1000s of hours thinking about life and the inner world, and reading and learning from other seeks, I have learnt a lot and hoping that some of what I share here on this blog may help other people on their quest to happiness and creating an authentic and fullfilling life.
