안녕하세요. '미나와 함께 하는 미국 취업 준비: 이력서부터 면접까지' 블로그를 방문해 주셔서 감사합니다. 우연히 리쿠르팅 업계에 뛰어들어 약 17년이라는 긴 시간이 흘렀습니다. 실리콘밸리와 뉴욕 맨하탄에서 17년 동안 엔지니어, 마케팅, 영업, 금융/투자은행, 디자인 등 다양한 직종의 채용 업무를 담당하였고, 주니어 레벨부터 임원급 직책까지의 리쿠르팅을 수행해왔습니다. 또한 스타트업부터 대기업까지 다양한 기업 규모에서의 채용 경험도 있습니다.
미국에서의 장기간 채용 관련 업무를 하면서 느낀 점은 안타깝게도 이력서 작성과, 인터뷰 준비에 어려움을 겪는 분이 의외로 많다는 것이었습니다. 제 블로그를 통해 이력서 작성과 인터뷰에 관한 유용한 정보와 미국 취업 준비에 필요한 다양한 팁을 리쿠르터의 시각에서 나누고자 합니다.
