Bio
I am a chef. I am a culinary curator and artist. I create culinary environments and experiences from inception to creation. My skills include but are not limited to: interior design, food consulting, menu evolution, art curation and concept developing. I have lived, traveled, worked and studied globally in countries such as Rwanda, Israel, France and all over the Carribean. I bring what I love to the food industry, which is in fact love. I have adopted a style of cooking inspired by my childhood, my family, my culture, my travels and my environment. I utilize different techniques from the Jola people in The Gambia, West Africa. I borrow from the strict French regime style of perfection that delivers precise results. The California Cuisine style of preparing food is a specialty and is like second nature to me. I am inspired by farmers who are in love with their craft and their seasonal produce.
