Hi, I'm Terri, founder of Journey On Strong.
What started in 2012 as Diary of a Recovering Codependent has grown into a space where I share what I've learned through more than 20 years of recovery from codependency and people-pleasing.
Here you'll find honest reflections on healing, boundaries, self-discovery, personal growth, and learning to create a life that is truly your own. Recovery has taught me that healing isn't a destination. It's a lifelong journey of becoming who we were always meant to be.
