Bio
I am a mom of two boys. I have an amazing husband. I am starting this blog because I am trying to create some accountability for myself while endeavoring on a new diet. I am hoping that in the process someone, at least one person, will also be inspired to lose weight and change their lifestyle! The diet/lifestyle I am following is The Fat Flush Plan. I am going to post the progress of my recipes and I really hope other people will post fat flush recipes that they have tried as well. This diet is new to me but I have friends that have had great success on it. Can't wait to drop some pounds!!!!!
