Bio
Hi, I decided to set up my blog on here reflecting my journey in property. The comments I express here are my own. I purchased my first property when I was 25 years of age for £20,000. Since that time (I am now 43), I have flipped many properties, made a lot of money, spent a lot of money, tried other business's, and eventually come back to property. I have 6 HMO's and begun to take property seriously when I moved to London in 2014.
In 2017 things really changed as Brendan Quinn asked me to start presenting a sales and lettings update at his events. In August of 2017 I kicked off my own property network meeting in Kensington, called The Kensington & Chelsea Property Group. And in October I set one up in my native Coventry calling it the Coventry & Warwickshire Property Group. I am learning more about modular homes (for me a big part of the future in property) and solar technology (again a huge future). Please come along to my events and chat. See you there. Thank you.
