Bio
I’m deeply curious about people and ideas, fun-loving and adventure-seeking – I love to travel! I’m also passionate about learning, instilling both an understanding of learning how to learn and a life-long love of learning into the young people I’ve worked with, and working with adults in all walks of life who are similarly driven. These qualities help me connect with the people I work with, to help them find their passion or drive and take action to make the most of themselves and to create opportunities for themselves.
I am a leadership development consultant, facilitator and coach. I support senior and middle leaders, serving and inspiring them to be their best-selves and make the most of every opportunity for personal and professional growth through my work with individuals and my group coaching programmes. I work to develop practical leadership skills in education, the video games and security sectors, and with corporates such as Rolls Royce, providing sessions and programmes to bring teams together, develop their leadership presence, and develop further confidence in themselves in their roles, for example with managing challenging conversations - effective communication is key. My 30 years of leadership experience, latterly as a Head and Chair of the Girls’ Schools Association’s Professional Development Committee, and as an ISI inspector, support this work.
