Welcome to Fit, Fresh & Chic! My name is Nicole Lorden, a devout yogi, barre instructor, gym nut, health freak, mom to the cutest fur baby, Bella, and fashion fanatic. I am currently living in the Boston area after living in NYC for 8 years and attending the Fashion Institute of Technology.
