Bio
After marrying in 2005, a revolution of change manifested in her life. Not only was she consulting with small business owners, non-profit organizations, civic entities, and religious leaders, Pat was writing a non-fiction book—Marriage Is Knot for Punks! Discovering how challenging marriage can be, she recognized there was prework that could be done to reduce the friction, unanticipated challenges, and disappointments.
Change in our lives is inevitable, yet, not accepting this fact can hinder the process. Pat is committed to helping people, whether organizations or individuals, make the adjustment(s) necessary for change. Consequently, P2P Relates and P2P Consults have entered into a marriage agreement to work cohesively in helping people grow, whether corporately or via self-development.
Pat secured a master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. For over 15 years, not only did she successfully maintained her marriage, committing to a lot of personal development and change, but she consulted leaders, designed training, and implemented change with the people who supported those organizations. Additionally, she served as an Adjunct Professor in Washington and Texas, inspiring young people to pursue their dreams and talents, through self-exploration and a pursuit of purpose. Currently, she has a YouTube channel—P2P Relates, where she talks about ‘All Things Relationships!’.
