Bio
Peter André Globensky is an accomplished essayist, published author, environmentalist and social justice advocate. He has worked in the fields of advocacy, environment and development - both in Canada and internationally. With an acute analysis of what is and what could be, he is a seasoned observer of, and participant in political, social justice and environmental issues.
He is a former Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment, a Senior Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada and Chief of Staff to the Minister of External Relations and International Development and the first Director of Programs and Advocacy for the Centre for Rights and Democracy created by the Parliament of Canada. He lives with his wife Beverly Sabourin on Canada's north shore of Lake Superior.
“The power of accurate observation is often called cynicism by those who do not have it!”
