Bio
I am passionate about helping others embrace their humanity and spirituality. I teach small and large groups about the things that hang us up along the way and what this means. Using humor and lightness of being I help normalize our humanity. I live from a center of joy and peace that radiates out in all I do so that by example as well as speaking, truth is shared. Upon request, I am delighted to travel to spread my light for the purpose of helping others on their journey. As a facilitator, teacher, mentor and guide to others, I am a great connector.
