Bio

I have worked in the software industry for over twenty years as a Customer Service rep, as a Technical Support rep, as a CSR Lead/Manager, as a Business Analyst, and, as a Communications Manager. In those roles, I have been able to incorporate my love of writing. Whether I was writing technical documentation, How To Documents, emailed notices, release notes, or customer service reviews, writing coherently and concisely was key. My professional background coupled with my creative writing experience: have an e-book and a soft covered Children's book published, give me a skill set well suited to satisfy information needs in many disciplines.
