Creator of the Pedal Portugal website.
I'm an ex-journalist turned English teacher, gardener and author who also loves to travel - preferably on two wheels and under my own steam!
I began the Pedal Portugal site as I was living in the country and wanted to make more riders aware of what a great country it is for cycling. I'd previously done various tours and know how hard it can be to find one source of information so decided to put together the kind of website that I would find useful.
