Bio
I’ve been called crazy and I contend that I come by that moniker honestly. I am mostly here to publicly deal with my life-long complicated relationship to food, body-image and health. And at my age it’s becoming crucial to figure this shit out and make some lasting changes. Mostly, to curtail the years of self-loathing and trying to live up to the impossible. That is something everyone in modern humanity can relate to I think.
