Bio

I am a 32 year old wife, manager of a local kickboxing fitness facility, fitness enthusiast, who will be delivering my first child on May 10th. This blog is dedicated to the final few weeks of my pregnancy, how I plan on transitioning into motherhood and the new routines and habits I must begin, and making my way back into the best shape of my life.
