Robert J. Eck is a retired lawyer accustomed to crafting facts into clear, concise prose. Education: Washington University (St Louis) Schools of Engineering and Law, graduating with a BSCE (1961) and a JD (1964). Profession: Attorney, licensed before the bars in Missouri (1964) and New York (1981), as well as various Federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court (1970). Practice: Intellectual Property law, in private and corporate practice, ultimately appointed Vice President, Associate General Counsel of a Fortune 50 Corporation.
