Bio
Hello my name is Cassie and I am on this journey to become healthier and live a balanced life. I started this journey when I was I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Through much research I learned that a lot of my day to day struggles were more than likely related to the environmental toxins I was subjected to daily and also related to my diet. So I began a journey to learn all I could about my personal health and wellness and started using and making my own natural products at home using essential oils.
