I am not about what I-could-have-been. I am about what I-tried-to-do. I don’t mind the failure but I can’t imagine that I’d forgive myself if I didn’t try. I would much rather have regrets about not doing what people said, than regretting not doing what my heart led me to and wondering what life had been like if I’d just been myself.
What people say or think about me matters little; neither am I bothered with the way people judge me. People almost always make a mistake when they judge me on the way I look or act, and I love proving them wrong. I am always truthful to myself and the people who matter to me. My friends and family know me for what I am and I respect them and love them for it.
I find happiness in small things. Getting wet in the rain, feeling the breeze on my face, a long walk on the beach, a long ride on a bike, cooking food, watching the full moon on a dark night, makes me smile always. I don’t aim to be a multi-millionaire, I am happy with living a simple and comfortable life. But at the same time I am focused and ambitious.
My Family and Friends matter to me more than work and money. I would travel a thousand miles to be with them and share their best and happy moments (however small they seem).
