Hi, I’m Sandra.
This space is where I write — not to teach, fix, or polish, but to reflect. To sit with what’s unfolding, name what feels tender, and trace the quiet threads that run beneath everyday life.
I’m a coach by profession, but a seeker by nature. My work has often brought me into conversations about transition, identity, grief, creativity, and the messiness of being human — and so does my writing.
I write about what I’m living through. About those in-between places that don’t have neat labels or timelines. About what it means to let go of certainty and listen for what wants to emerge instead.
These aren’t finished thoughts. They’re offerings — glimpses into the fog, moments of noticing, small truths.
